At 1st, I was staying at home after cancelling everything ( Newcastle, Manchester, Turkish dinner, clubbing, cake, shopping ). No money ma. ( Read previous blogs then u'll understand. ). A boring day was anticipated.
My dad & grandfather called in the morning to wish me HAPPY BIRTHDAY . I'm a daddy's girl. Alwiz have, alwiz will =) I love u pops. I love u too, yeh yeh... ( which means grandpa in cantonese. ) My dad told me to go buy my birthday prezzie, using his credit card. =D Thanks pops ! But sorry pa, I cant use your credit card. Not when you need it more than I do.
Amman kept calling the whole day to wish me Happy Birthday again n again. Yarr aren't u the sweetest thang? Wore my new tube top given by James and my dark brown jacket given by Burcu. Head on to Subways to meet Amman where he treated me to a Subway thingy. I duno what u called it. Anyway. Chat awhile but he gotta continue working. Thing that made me smile was " Can you stay here awhile and look pretty for me? " =) Thx Yarrrrr... HUGGSSS~~
I then head on to the Salvation Army near my house to shop for 2nd hand clothes. Earlier I had korek out the coins I have. Muahahha go clear your cupboard. It's amazing how much coins u can collect. Sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit. Got myself second-hands of a Topshop pink cardigan and a French Connection checked winter skirt. All for only £4. Beggars cant be choosers, no? That's what my mom alwiz say. The cashier was amused at the coins I presented to him. Didn't use my dad's card. Tell u a secret. I sometimes buy 2nd hand clothes. So what? Cant afford branded new ones wert. That's y u see I have a lot of over-sized winter jackets. Cheap, Comfy & Warm.
There. It's ok if you're disgusted at me. It happens.
Anyway, I was heading back home, then upstairs in my room, organizing my lecture notes ( Note the 'organizing' , not studying ) when I heard voices downstairs. Thinking it might be the guests which my landlady had for these 2 nites, I didn't bother checking.
N then 10 mins later I heard " Charmine ! Come downstairs ! "
*Pitter patter of charm's feet down the steps*
" SURPRISE !! "

Talking about my thought about birthday,I never celebrate with friends actually.Only some good friend know my birthday.Maybe you will think JL is a boring person and just keep everything to himself.
I believe in ''Faith'' , I strongly trust that my friend will appear automatically and it really happens all this while and all of them can get along with me quite well.Like you,I didn't know you even we were in the same college last time,and I knew you suddenly in London here.You are the first person I met in London,I will never forget it..It is my honor to know you,this is the "faith" I mean,hope you understand what I express.Hence,I am inactive in activities,I never volunteer to attend events/
